- Design, Fabricate and Trial 4no. tightly packaged Rigs for ease of transportation and assembly of Highly Delicate Digital Screens.
- Even though the screens weigh 100kg, the rigs were mechanically designed to ease assembly to a point were no lift was more than 10 kg and required only 1 person to install complete.
Barrel Manipulators, Bespoke Design and Fabrication

- Design, Fabricate and Trial 3no. bespoke barrel manipulator for transportation and turning of barrels.
- The contents of the barrel were to be tipped into a large machine from a fabricated platform above it where FLT access and Manual handling is not an option.
Heavy Duty Baseframe, Pipework, Fabrication and Assembly

- Fabrication of 6no. 4 tonne Heavy Duty Baseframes.
- Fabrication and trial Assembly of 6no. sets of Heavy Duty Pipework arrangements.
- NDT of baseframe Lifting Lugs and Base Pads and all welds of Pipework.
- Painting of all works.
